Caitlyn Patton
Caitlyn Patton is a senior originally from Durham, North Carolina, currently studying Electrical Engineering. She is enrolled in the School of Engineering's 4+1 Integrated Master of Science Program where she will graduate in May 2020 with her Bachelor's Degree and December 2020 with her Master's Degree, both in Electrical Engineering. She recently finished her second internship rotation with Duke Energy's Transmission division in North Carolina. Her first rotation was within Protection and Controls, while her second was with Technical Support. She is an IEEE Power and Energy (PES) scholar and is on the executive team for Mercer's chapter for the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). She has worked as a Layout Editor for The Cluster for the past three years and will continue working as a Layout Editor this year, as well as branching into graphic design.
