Mercer University's QuadWorks hosted its annual "Stuff a Bear" event on Sept. 7, bringing students together for a day of community spirit and excitement.
This year, the event saw an large turnout with hundreds of attendees gathering outside in the heat. In a line that nearly wrapped around Penfield Hall, students were eager to begin their fall semester off to a fuzzy start.
Mercer students were welcomed by a large table where they chose from a variety of plush bear skins. Students were then able to engage in the stuffing process, provided by several boxes of stuffing. Each bear was then dressed up with a miniature t-shirt, allowing for each bear to have unique, personal touches.
