That's an 8.7 percent jump year-over-year, and does not include contributions made in 2014. Mercer's 2013 endowment ranked 277th in the U.S. and Canada among all colleges and universities. The data comes from a recently released 2014 report from the National Association of College and University Business Officers and Commonfund Institute.
