First-time student voters consider critical issues in 2020 presidential election

Nearly a third of Georgia voters who will vote in the 2020 general election are under 35 years old, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. That’s a growth rate of 68% for the age group since 2016. College student voter registration in particular surged from 19% in 2014 to 40% in 2018, the AJC reported.
